Qualifications
- Degree in Finance / Accountancy OR
- Full qualification in CA / CIMA / CMA / ACCA
- Banking & Finance qualifications (preferred)
- Knowledge in banking regulatory finance (added advantage)
Experience & Age
- Minimum 10 years banking experience
- At least 5 years in senior/supervisory finance role
- Experience in a reputed bank/financial institution
- Age below 40 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control financial operations
- Prepare financial statements (SLFRS standards)
- Handle publication accounts & MIS reports
- Submit statutory reports to CBSL & Head Office
- Supervise ECL calculations (SLFRS 9)
- Manage daily accounting tasks
- Handle VAT, SSCL & other financial taxes
- Ensure annual closing process
- Perform other assigned duties
