Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Accountancy OR
• Full qualification in CA / CIMA / CMA / ACCA
• Banking & Finance qualifications (preferred)
• Knowledge in banking regulatory finance (added advantage)

Experience & Age

• Minimum 10 years banking experience
• At least 5 years in senior/supervisory finance role
• Experience in a reputed bank/financial institution
• Age below 40 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control financial operations
• Prepare financial statements (SLFRS standards)
• Handle publication accounts & MIS reports
• Submit statutory reports to CBSL & Head Office
• Supervise ECL calculations (SLFRS 9)
• Manage daily accounting tasks
• Handle VAT, SSCL & other financial taxes
• Ensure annual closing process
• Perform other assigned duties
