- Age 23 years or below
- Five (5) credit passes in G.C.E. Ordinary Level including English and Mathematics
- Two (2) passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level (excluding General English)
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office packages)
