Employment Type

• Contract basis (initially one year, renewable annually subject to performance)

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• A successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) recognized by the University Grants Commission
  OR
• A qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as equivalent to a degree in Quantity Surveying
  OR
• Associate Membership or similar professional qualification from a recognized professional institution in Quantity Surveying

Professional Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in Quantity Surveying as specified in the official advertisement

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 09 years post-qualifying experience in the relevant field
  OR
• Officers of Government All Island Services Class III/II or above (or similar status) with at least 09 years experience in Class III/II post

Age Limit

• Below 65 years as at the closing date of applications

Salary Scale & Allowances

• Salary Code: PS 4 – Category A (01/2019 MSD Circular)
• Salary: Rs. 155,000/- plus Cost of Living Allowance (COL)
