Cargills Bank Vacancies Key Responsibilities
- Supervise branch cash operations, vault management, and security documents, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Authorize system transactions and documents as the Branch Operations Officer.
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain high service standards across all branch activities.
- Train and guide junior and new staff members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Full or part professional qualification from a recognized institute.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking/financial services, with exposure to branch operations.
- Basic knowledge of credit operations (advantageous).
- Strong computer skills and a marketing mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
