Job Summary of BOC Bank Job Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Citizenship: Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Education:
  • GCE O/L: 6 passes (excluding optional subjects) with 5 Credits (including Mother Language, Mathematics, and English) in one sitting.
  • GCE A/L: 3 passes (excluding General English, General Knowledge, and IT) in one sitting.
• Skills: Strong communication, perseverance, and time management.
• Age: 24 years or below by the closing date.

Terms & Conditions:

• Training Period: 2 years with a monthly allowance (Rs. 55,000 in 1st year, Rs. 70,000 in 2nd year).
• Confirmation: Permanent role as Staff Assistant – I upon successful training.
• Work Requirements: Willingness to work beyond normal hours/weekends.
• Service Obligation: Minimum 5 years (including training) in the assigned province.

Selection Process:

1. Competitive Exam:
   • Paper I: General Knowledge, IQ, IT.
   • Paper II: English Language.
2. Interview:
   • Final selection based on interview performance.
