Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers, verify tickets/passports, and provide high-quality customer service.
- Manage flight documentation, boarding passes, luggage checks, and overweight charges.
- Assist with flight delays/cancellations, gate checks, and passenger announcements.
- Escort unaccompanied minors or passengers needing special assistance.
- Collaborate with airlines, security, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Education:
- G.C.E. A/L: 3 main subjects (excluding CGT & General English) in one sitting.
- G.C.E. O/L: Credit passes in English and Mathematics.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Fluent in English (foreign languages are a plus).
- Minimum height: Male 64” | Female 62”.
- Age:
- 18–25 years (as of application closing date).
