Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of advanced technologies for centralized server infrastructure.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions for system infrastructure, databases, and applications.
- Maintain and optimize Windows, Linux, and Solaris servers, including patch and vulnerability management.
- Perform in-depth analysis to resolve system issues and improve performance.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource optimization for seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science (recognized by the University Grants Commission).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Server/System Administrator in a data center.
- Professional certifications (RHCE, MCSE) are required; VCTA/VCP or knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, and scripting tools are advantageous.
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
