Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential customers to promote and sell credit cards
• Achieve sales targets assigned by management within the stipulated time frame
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
• Conduct product awareness sessions and ensure accurate collection of customer documents
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct

Educational Qualifications

• Should have passed at least six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination

Experience Requirements

• Minimum one (01) year of experience in sales or marketing with target-driven activities
• Experience in the Banking & Finance sector will be an added advantage

Other Required Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for achieving sales performance and customer service excellence
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and innovative
• Holding a valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage

Age Limit

• Between 21 and 35 years as at the closing date of applications

Salary Scale & Allowances

• Monthly fixed allowance of Rs. 65,000/-
• Additional payments according to the officially approved People’s Bank Card Sales Incentives Scheme

Selection Method

• Shortlisted applicants based on qualifications and experience will be called for an interview
